As announced in the November 29, 2007 HSA meeting, we are introducing another way for you to communicate with the School Advisory Board and Mrs. Wood. Please complete the form below with your question, concern, or suggestion. This form should not be used to discuss the curriculum or any personnel issues. Other than that, we are looking for your input and ideas.
When you have completed the form, click the Send button and the form will be sent to the School Advisory Board and Mrs. Wood. Mrs. Wood will review the forms and discuss them with the School Advisory Board and/or HSA at the next scheduled meeting. However, if you need an answer within the week, please email Mrs. Wood directly at wood@st-bernadetteelem.com.
